At GarunGems, every order is carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch.
• Ready-to-Ship Products: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Certified Gemstones: Since each gemstone undergoes final quality inspection and certification, processing may take 2–4 business days.
• Customized or Energized Products: Processing may take 3–7 business days depending on the customization requested.
Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp (if applicable) containing your tracking details.

GarunGems ships to selected international destinations.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier services.

GarunGems is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or government regulations.
If an international shipment is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to pay customs charges, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
